accessibility service
a phone permission that lets an app read and use the screen
On Android, an accessibility service is an app given permission to read what is on screen and act on it. It exists for tools such as screen readers for blind users. Because it can see everything on screen, the permission is powerful and should be granted only to trusted apps.
Think of it as
Handing someone a spare key and permission to look over your shoulder.
