The service

Shini Frontiers is a research intelligence publication by Shinifrontiers Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in India serving readers worldwide. Open accounts receive our email digests and open content; paid subscriptions unlock all sections of every paper and member features.

Availability

Shini Frontiers is available worldwide, though the service may not be accessible in every country. Where we are unable to provide the service, access and account creation are restricted from our side.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; Team and Business seats are for named individuals within the purchasing organization.

Our content and your use of it

All papers, tools, and glossary content are our intellectual property. Subscribers may use content for personal and internal team decision-making, including sharing exported PDFs within their organization. Republishing, reselling, scraping, or systematic redistribution is not permitted without written permission.

Billing

Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance — via Razorpay if you are in India, or via Paddle, our international payment partner, elsewhere. International purchases are sold through Paddle as our authorised reseller (their name may appear on your receipt), which is how applicable taxes in your country are handled correctly. You pay in your local currency where supported, with USD as the international default — the exact amount, including applicable taxes, is always shown before you pay. We may change plan prices with 30 days' notice — changes apply from your next renewal, never mid-cycle.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from account settings. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; you simply are not billed again. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

Custom Research

Commissioned papers are ordered under these additional terms: we review feasibility before any payment is taken; buyers purchase topic selection, never conclusions — our findings are independent and may not favour the buyer's expectations; delivery is private to the buyer; publication to subscribers happens only if the paper independently meets our editorial criteria and the buyer consents.

Not professional advice

Our papers are research and analysis for general information. They are not investment advice, legal advice, or professional consulting. Decisions you make — investments, technology purchases, hiring, compliance — are your own responsibility. Verify independently before acting on any analysis. Figures cite their sources. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

Because our company is registered in India, these terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where the company is registered. This is the standard practice for global online services and does not reduce the consumer or data rights you hold under your own country's law.
